<p>Cadillac replenishes its own range of seven-seat crossover, built on a platform Lambda. On this edition of Insider Line vice president, GM Global Engineering Charles Strack. </p>
<p>Lambda platform represents an elongated and slightly modernized &#8220;cart&#8221; GM Epsilon. Currently, based on lambda produced full-size crossover Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave and GMC Arcadia. </p>
<p>In Cadillac&#8217;s in the lineup there is no such car, so will new niche between the more compact and full-size Cadillac SRX SUV Escalade. </p>
<p>According to Strack, work on a new crossover for the Cadillac brand had been suspended during the formal bankruptcy procedure, the group GM, but to give up plans to launch such a model in mass production of the company&#8217;s management is not going to. </p>
<p>No details about the future new product yet. Rather, as soplatformennye crossovers, model Cadillac will get 3.6-liter V6 engine with direct injection and six-&#8221;machine&#8221;. It is possible, however, that for this Cadillac&#8217;s engine be equipped with the turbo.<br />

<p>If needed, this Mercedes-Benz of the future will become a fast highway cruiser, a compact city car or a spacious one seater depending on the task. This being made possible by magnetic control elements called SilverFlow, a look into the future by the Mercedes Benz, which would take only second to reconfigure the whole car from small metallic particles.</p>
<p>The Mercedes-Benz SilverFlow is one of the best concept cars at the Los Angeles auto show. Design Challenge, where 8 car design studios in California had to create the &#8220;Robocar 2057&#8243; as a test to combine car technology and artificial intelligence.</p>
