<p>Automobiles of the BMW 3-Series and next-generation front-wheel-new compact model will be hybrid versions. About this during a press conference on the financial results for the third quarter of this year, said the head of the German manufacturer Norbert Reithofer.</p>
<p>Reithofer also confirmed that the development of components for the hybrid front-wheel drive will be undertaken jointly with the French group PSA Peugeot Citroen. As previously reported, an agreement was signed by the parties in mid-October this year. Such cooperation would allow automakers to significantly reduce the costs of establishment and development of automotive components. Note that BMW and PSA are working together since 2006 &#8211; then started the development of four-cylinder petrol engines of 1.4 and 1.6 liters. In February this year also announced the beginning of a new generation of engines that meet the environmental standards of the Euro-6.</p>
<p>The first serial hybrid will appear in the BMW model lineup in the next year, when the pipeline will rise version of &#8220;five&#8221; with a gasoline-electric powerplant. <p>No details about the future new product yet. Rather, as soplatformennye crossovers, model Cadillac will get 3.6-liter V6 engine with direct injection and six-&#8221;machine&#8221;. It is possible, however, that for this Cadillac&#8217;s engine be equipped with the turbo.<br />

<p>Supercar Aston Martin One-77 was the fastest car in the history of the brand. During tests in Europe, held before the production of commodity instances, the machine has developed a maximum speed of 355 kilometers per hour in a statement earlier figure of 321 kilometer per hour. Tests were conducted in dry windy weather and the company hopes that with more favorable conditions supercar can go even faster. It is reported by the British publication Autocar. </p>
<p>World premiere of One-77 supercar was held in March this year at the Motor Show in Geneva. Rear wheel drive car built on a carbon fiber chassis, which carries handmade aluminum panels, and in its engine compartment is 7.3-liter aspirated engine V12 engine with 700 horsepower, working together with six-speed sequential gearbox. As previously reported, from zero to a hundred kilometers per hour and new can be dispersed in 3,5 seconds. </p>
<p>Aston Martin One-77 will be released a limited edition of 77 copies, with all the cars have already been bought for preliminary applications with prepaid deposit of $ 200 thousand pounds sterling. The full cost of the car is 1.2 million pounds sterling (about 1,9 million dollars). The first owner was a kind of Australian supercar, which, given the cost of the machine itself, taxes, customs duties and pay for the delivery compartment, a total of 3,8 million dollars. </p>

<p>Nissan is earmarked for sale in Europe of only 40 copies of the track version of the supercar GT-R Spec-V, while orders for this car will be taken by the Japanese automaker until January 22 next year.</p>
<p>Track changed Spec-V differs from the standard car only double execution (back row seats removed to reduce the total mass), carbon-fiber inserts on the front &#8217;skirt&#8217;, grille and rear spoiler, 20-inch wheel disks of aluminum alloy, titanium exhaust system, carbon-ceramic brakes, developed by Nissan in conjunction with Brembo. All these improvements have reduced the weight of the supercar by 60 kilograms. </p>
<p>Also supercar equipped with a remapped suspension system that allows to increase the boost pressure in the upper gears and the upgraded system of exchange rate stability. Under the hood is Nissan GT-R Spec-V installed six-cylinder bi-turbo engine volume 3.8 liters capacity and 480 horsepower. </p>
<p>The cost of new GT-R Spec-V in Europe will be approximately 138 thousand euros.<br />

<p>South Korean company Kia Motors issued a formal details of its new flagship &#8211; sedan Kia Cadenza, which will replace the model Opirus. Four-wheel drive vehicle equipped with a 500-horsepower eight-cylinder engine volume of atmospheric 6.2 liters and six-speed automatic transmission. <p>Lotus Company will present at the Tokyo Motor Show exclusive modification of sportscar Exige, which will be called Scura (translated from the Italian &#8211; &#8220;dark&#8221;). The car will be released a limited edition of 35 copies, have a unique paint finishes and uprated engines.</p>
<p>Body of new items, some elements of which have been replaced by carbon fiber counterparts, thus reducing the weight of the vehicle about 10 kilograms, is painted in matt black. Under the bonnet sports car set 1.8-liter Toyota, which is due to reprogramming the engine control unit was boosted to 220 (during a sports package &#8211; 240 hp) to 260 horsepower. The unit works in tandem with a six-speed manual gearbox. According to Lotus, acceleration from zero to a hundred kilometers per hour at the Exige Scura takes 4.1 seconds. Maximum speed &#8211; 245 kilometers per hour. </p>
<p>In addition, the novelty has new adjustable dampers Ohlins, springs Eibach, tires Yokohama A048 LTS, as well as the stabilization system and Launch Control, which allows the driver to achieve the maximum from the car speakers when overclocked. </p>
<p>Orders for Lotus Exige Scura on the European market will begin on October 21 this year. The cost of the car in the UK of 45 thousand pounds sterling. Note also that such car will be available in South Korea, Australia, South Africa, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Japan. In the latter country, sports car will be called the Exige Stealth.</p>

<p>Mercedes-Benz will bring to Frankfurt a new S-Class with a fuel economy of 3.2 liters per 100 km.</p>
<p>At the beginning of next week at the Frankfurt Motor Show will be the world premiere of the second prototype of a hybrid version of the sedan Mercedes-Benz S-Class, known as S 500 Plug-in HYBRID. <p>The first hybrid version of Mercedes-Benz S-Class, which is already sold in Europe, equipped with the same 3.5-liter V6 power of 279 horsepower, but its electric power to 40 horsepower less than the conceptual S 500. As previously reported, the combined fuel consumption of this car is 7.9 liters per hundred kilometers. </p>
<p>When Mercedes-Benz S 500 Plug-in HYBRID appear in production is not reported.</p>

<p>At the opening of next week&#8217;s Frankfurt Motor Show, Audi will officially unveil open modification of its supercar Audi R8. This novelty would be called the R8 Spyder and will be equipped with a ten-cylinder 5.2 liters engine. </p>
<p>The power of this engine makes 525 horsepower. Coupe Audi R8 with the motor accelerates up to a hundred kilometers per hour in 3.9 seconds, and the dynamic characteristics of the spider has not yet reported. It is possible that due to the greater weight of the open car will be slightly slower than the version with the coupe. </p>
<p>But we know that the R8 Spyder will receive a soft folding top, and not the body &#8220;targa&#8221; as previously assumed, and will not be sold to the eight-engine volume 4.2 liters &#8211; such modification will only be available in the coupe version. </p>
